Texas Excess Local Revenue (Chapter 41/49) Districts

Texas has a law that says if a school district is too property-rich, it has to give money back to the state to help poorer districts. This data lists which districts have to do that each year, and how much they're expected to contribute. It shows their property values and how wealthy they are per student. If you're interested in school funding, taxes, or whether your district is one that has to pay back, this is where that information lives.
