IRA Negotiated Drug Prices (Maximum Fair Prices)

Medicare negotiated prices for 40 specific drugs, starting with the first 10 drugs that hit their negotiated prices in January 2026. The data shows what Medicare will pay for each drug, how much it costs per 30-day supply, and when those prices take effect. Some drugs have already negotiated prices (first and second cycles), while others selected for 2028 are waiting for CMS to announce their prices by the end of 2026. This is the real-world result of the Inflation Reduction Act's mandate to let Medicare bargain down drug costs.
