International Migrant Stock

Ever wonder how many people living in a country were born somewhere else? This data answers that question for every country in the world. The United Nations estimates how many international migrants live in each place, broken down by male and female, going back to 1990. These estimates come from census counts and government population records, which the UN double-checks and adjusts to make sure the numbers are comparable across countries and years.
