DIR Cooperative Contract Sales (FY2026+)
When Texas agencies buy IT products or services through DIR's group purchasing agreements, vendors report each sale. This dataset is the raw transaction log: what was ordered, when, by whom, for how much. You can see which vendors dominate, which states buy the most, and how contract spending changes over time. It's like looking at the receipts from a shared buying club, but for government IT procurement.
