Texas TAPR Campus STAAR Performance
How well are Texas schools teaching reading and math? This data shows test scores from nearly every public school campus in Texas, going back over a decade. For each school, you can see what percentage of students passed standardized reading and math tests, broken down by grade level and by student groups (different races, economically disadvantaged students, English learners, etc.). You can track whether a particular school's performance improved or got worse over time, or compare how two schools down the street from each other are doing. If you're a parent trying to understand your kid's school, a teacher looking for context about how your campus compares, or a researcher studying education equity, this is the main source for that information in Texas.
