Redfin Housing Market Tracker (ZIP Code Level)
Redfin tracks home prices, sales volume, and inventory in nearly every ZIP code across America, going back to 2012. Every month, you get the median price a home sold for, how many days it sat on the market, how many new listings appeared, and whether buyers paid more or less than the asking price. The data splits out single-family homes, condos, townhouses, and multi-family buildings separately, so you can see what's happening in just your neighborhood or compare it to how things were a year ago. It's 3-month rolling averages, so the swings are smoothed out a bit. Real estate investors, local planners, and researchers use this to spot trends before they hit the news.
