F-33 School District Finance Survey
How much money does your local school district get, where does it come from, and how is it spent? This dataset answers those questions for every school district in the country. You can see the split between property taxes, state funding, and federal grants, then track where that money goes: teacher salaries, building maintenance, buses, and so on. It covers the past five years, so you can spot trends in how districts are funded and what they're prioritizing.
