NAEP Scores (Nation's Report Card)
How well are kids doing in school across different states? This data answers that question. Every few years, a sample of 4th and 8th graders across the country take standardized math and reading tests. NAEP converts their results into scores (0-500 scale) and reports state averages, so you can see which states score highest, which ones are improving, and how the national average has changed over the past 20 years. It's the most widely used measure of student achievement in the US.
