Fair Market Rents by County (2-Bedroom)

What it costs to rent a decent 2-bedroom apartment in your county, according to HUD. These numbers go back to 1983 and are updated every year. HUD uses them to figure out how much it'll pay toward rent when someone gets a housing voucher. The numbers cover almost every county in the country, so you can compare what rent looks like across different places and how it's changed over 40+ years. It's basically the government's official take on what fair rent is.
