DHS Yearbook - Naturalizations by Country

Not all immigrants become citizens, and this data shows who did. For each year from 2014 to 2023, you can see how many people from each country took the final step to become US citizens. Some countries send far more naturalizations than others. Mexico, China, India, and the Philippines have historically led, but the numbers shift year to year. If you're curious whether naturalization rates are going up or down, or which countries have citizens most likely to become American, this is where to start.
