Monthly reporting by state including new applications, eligibility determinations, total Medicaid enrollment, total CHIP enrollment, child enrollment, and adult Medicaid enrollment. Includes Medicaid expansion status and processing time breakdowns. The source publishes a preliminary and an updated/final row for most state-months; this dataset keeps only the final (updated) figures. Clean monthly coverage runs June 2017 through the most recent finalized month; earlier periods back to 2013 are not populated in the source file. Adult-vs-child enrollment breakout is only reported from mid-2024 onward.
