Dialysis Facility Compare
Dialysis facilities are rated on how well they keep patients healthy and alive. This data shows those ratings for nearly every dialysis center in the country. You can see a facility's five-star score, whether patients survive well there, how often they get infections, and how often they end up back in the hospital. It also tells you what kind of dialysis treatment each place offers (at-center or at-home) and whether it's for-profit or nonprofit. If you or someone you know needs dialysis, this helps compare what to expect at different facilities.
